If your marriage life is not going well and you are planning to separate or have a divorce, then you really need to know what is right for you, A private investigator can provide  you with the proper guideline to increase your side of protecting your children, home, and your money. First of all, you as a spouse have a right to discover the truth. That means that if you have any suspicions regarding your partner or their behavior, you can hire an investigator to bring the truth out.
Hire a private investigator , because they can find all the information regarding your spouse that will help you during the divorce process. Legally, any images, video, or surveillance that you obtain will not hold up as notable evidence in court. According to the law in most states, it is considered a conflict of interest if either the husband, wife, or even friends attempt to submit evidence regarding the divorce case, and they will usually be thrown out of court.
A Private Investigator provides a third party point of view to present to the judge. The Private Investigator can provide an unbiased view on your case. They use lots of equipment to assist in their investigations like, video evidence, tracking device records, hidden cameras, social websites, background checks, etc.
For example, if you are in the middle of going through a divorce and you are fighting for the custody of your children and your spouse has some wrong habits like, drinking, smoking, or abusing drugs , video evidence of your spouse drinking at a bar and then going to pick up the children while intoxicated, can be incriminating evidence for them. In turn, this will assist you in gaining custody of your children for their safety.
An investigator can’t make an investigation go the way the hiring spouse wants it to go. If you think your spouse is cheating with you and they truly are not, the investigator has no control over that. The investigators job is to document events of the other spouse up until the scheduled court date. The documentation provided by the investigator may come in the form of video, pictures, or a written report.
